Weapon (crossbow, hand), uncommon

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

1d8 +1 Piercing. Range: 30/120

Before your attack roll, you can expend 1 charge to send the attach into the future. The bolt will disappear as it passes through the magical ring affixed  to the front, and, 6 second later or at the start of your next turn, reappear from the location it vanished from with the same vector. You can do this as many times per round as you are able to attack with the crossbow, so long as you have the charges to do so. You can also delay the bolts for an additional 6 seconds for each additional charge you expend when firing.

At the start of your turn you can also expend 1 additional charge to adjust the direction of any number of returning bolts

Proficiency with a Hand Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
