Weapon (rapier), legendary (requires attunement by a In order to gain the blade's benefits you must submerge it in water blessed by Toxmera.)
- Drown. On a hit with a weapon attack you can expend 1 charge to force a creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 10+ your proficiency modifier). On failure the creature begins to retch and panic as its lungs begin to fill with sea water. While retching the creature is unable to speak and all skill checks and attack rolls are at disadvantage. The creature can make a new saving throw at the end of each of its turns to end the effect. If the creature fails its saves three times, it begins to suffocate and drown. A suffocating creature drops to 0 hit points and is dying. The creature can be stabilized with a DC10 Medicine (Wisdom) check. Creatures that can breathe water, or do not need to breathe, are unaffected.
Once the charges are expended they can’t be replenished until the blade is submerged in at least a gallon of seawater which it consumes over the course of a long rest
