While attuned to this armor the Challenge Rating of the creatures you can turn into using your Wild Shape increases by 3 and you can turn into Dragons along with the other creature types that yo can normally turn into with Wild Shape.

The breastplate and shoulder protectors of this armor are made of leather that has been stiffened by being boiled in oil. The rest of the armor is made of softer and more flexible materials.
