These bracers are +1 magic weapon’s that attach to your wrists, becoming inseparable from you as long as you're attuned to them. Additionally, when attuned with the bracers, you are resistant to cold damage.
As a free action, you can summon a blue glass like dagger, made of ice, into each hand. The daggers may be thrown or held and disappear once a new one is summoned.
Zemnian Handshake- Attacks made with these daggers against a creature that is surprised is a critical hit.
Cold Snap(once per short rest)- After successfully landing two consecutive hits against a single target, you can overcharge the lapis lazuli crystals inside these bracers, causing a 10ft-radius sphere explosion of freezing wind and ice. Any creature within the sphere takes an additional 2d8 cold damage and must make a Constitution Saving Throw or their speed is halved and they cannot be healed until the end of your next turn.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
