While holding the amulet, you can cast the augury spell at will, without the need for material components and with no chance of a random reading.
This weapon has 1d3 charges and regains all of its charges at dawn. As a bonus action, you can expend a charge on the amulet to peer briefly into the future of one creature. Choose a creature within 60 ft of you. That creature must preemptively take its next turn, showing its movement path and target(s), making all rolls it would make on that turn now (attacks, saving throws, ability checks), without any of them taking effect or having consequences yet. Once predicted, the affected creature must act in this way, and you gain advantage on attack rolls against the creature until it takes its turn. If the creatures target moves out of the creature's range, it must still take all predicted actions on a hostile creature closest to it. If there are none, the creature wastes its turn doing nothing.
