Weapon (spear), legendary (requires attunement by a creature with the ability to wield spears with proficiency)

You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

Luck. If the spear is on your person, you can call on its luck (no action required) to reroll one attack roll, ability check, or saving throw you dislike. You must use the second roll. This property can't be used again until the next dawn.

Wish. The spear has 3 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 charge and increase your Armor Class and Saving Throw bonuses by 1.  You can use multiple charges at once (limit 3). This property can't be used again until the next dawn.

Contrary to its name, it is indeed not a sword. Functioning as the most stellar lance in the Tellius titles, the Wishblade is one that is first wielded by the Daein General Bryce in Path of Radiance, and later passed down to the Begnion Sentinel Levail in Radiant Dawn.

Proficiency with a Spear allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Bonus: Saving Throws, creature with the ability to wield spears with proficiency, Damage, Control, Buff, Combat, Thrown, Versatile, Sap
