This voluminous cloak is lined with 100 pockets and has a single pocket on the left breast. Each pocket can hold a 2-inch square (or 10 coins) and will not incur a weight penalty. It takes a bonus action to will an individual pocket's contents to a central pocket, located on the left breast of the cloak.
