Titan Skulls are powerful head gears, which if you have a Titan in your group, you can "borrow" their skull. Now, although they may be completely terrifying without it, your brain will be completely encased, and well protected!

When worn, your AC becomes 18, and any attacks upon the skull reflects 1d8 piercing damage back on the attacker. As an added bonus, any Intelligence saving throw you have to make while wearing this, you gain Advantage. 

As an attack, you can use "Headbutt", and ram your head into an enemy. Upon hit, it deals 2d8 bludgeoning damage. 

Spiked armor is a rare type of medium armor made by dwarves. It consists of a leather coat and leggings covered with spikes that are usually made of metal.
