Story

The Greatsword was forged by Zulkir in the depths of the under dark. The sword has a pulsating eye in the middle of the hilt with red veins squirming up the blade. Zulkir forged this blade as he was dying so that he could place soul in the sword, so the next person who found this sword would over time get infected by his ruined soul. After many uses the wielder will be taken over by Zulkir's soul and he will control their body.

Weapon damage and conditions

when in combat the sword grows to double the length of a normal great sword, 10ft instead of 5ft, outside of combat the sword has the normal length of a greatsword.

 

Proficiency with a Greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
