When thrown, the spear returns to its user. The user can decide to leave one of the tips in the struck victim, once for each of it 3 blades. They can then use an action to returns the tip(s) to the weapon, causing 1d6 for each tip returned.
On a natural 1, the returning spear hits the user instead.
