One of the five ancient tomes authored by Zet, an ancient draconic deity of forbidden knowledge. The book is bound in white dragon-scale leather and is imbued with transmutation magic.

When attuned to the book, you gain resistance to Cold damage. As an action, you can skim through the book and take on the form of a white dracophrex, one of the ancient minions of Zet. While transformed into a white dracophrex, your body undergoes the following changes:

• White scales cover your body as your body contorts and your armor and clothing merge with your new form, but you otherwise maintain your held weapons, shields, and class features..
• A pair of wings erupt from your back. You have a fly speed of 60ft.
• Your hands turn into powerful dragonic claws. You can make a melee weapon attack with these claws, dealing 2d6+5 slashing damage. This damage is considered magical. If you have the extra attack feature, only one of the attacks can be made with your claws.
• Horns protrude from your head as you grow a dragonic maw. You can make a bite attack dealing 1d6+5 piercing damage and 1d8 cold damage. This damage is considered magical. If you have the extra attack feature, only one of the attacks can be made with your bite.
• A blizzard builds in your lungs. You can use an action to make a breath weapon attack, forcing each creature in a 15ft cone to make a Constitution saving throw. The DC for this saving throw equals 8 + your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature takes 5d6 damage on a failed save, and half as much damage on a successful one. This weapon recharges on a 6 on a roll of a d6.
• The strength of the ancients flows through your veins. Your Strength and Constitution become 20.
• Your soul takes on the essence of a dragon. Your type changes from Humanoid to Dragon.

This transformation lasts for 1 minute or until you fall unconscious. After the book has been used in this manner, it cannot be used again for 1d6 days.
