TI is a sentient magic calculator with the ability to speak and understand common, do complex mathematical calculations, and provide observations about the world around it. TI can see and hear like a normal human.

TI has the following abilities:  TI's proficiency bonus is currently +2

Never tell me the odds- twice per day when an enemy that TI can see within 30 ft, hits an allied creature with an attack it can force that attack to be re-rolled with a negative to the attack equal to TI's proficiency bonus.

Getting clipped- If a creature that TI can see within 30 ft of it's bearer would be reduced to hit points equal to or less than TI's current proficiency bonus by lethal damage caused by TI's bearer or a creature allied to it, TI can immediately deal damage equal to his proficiency bonus to that creature as a free action. TI can take this action a number of times per day equal to his proficiency bonus.

Always tell me the odds- TI can add either a +5 bonus to hit or +5 bonus to damage on an attack his possessor makes, a number of times per day equal to his proficiency bonus. The player can wait until after they roll the d20 before deciding to use this bonus, but must decide before the DM says whether the roll succeeds or fails.
