The Time Sieve is a Legendary artifact from Alara that manipulates time by sacrificing powerful artifacts. 

As an action on your turn, you may equip or unequip a magic item worth more then 1000gp or classified as powerful magic by your DM to Time Sieve. Then, if it has at least four magic artifacts attached to it, you may activate it as a bonus action. When you do so, if it has 5 items equipped, all the items are destroyed. If there are only four,  Time Sieve is destroyed when activated. After it is activated, cast Time Stop at 9th level centered on yourself.
