Wand, uncommon

A wand, fashioned from the figurehead of a long since scuppered vessel, Timory intended this to become part of a device for tracking the position of the stars. What it is now, he isn’t sure, except that when waved near water, peculiar things seem to happen. The wand has 6 charges. Once all 6 charges have been used, the wand loses all magical properties and becomes a mundane piece of wood. Spending 1 charge enables the wielder to cast the spells Water Breathing or Water Walk.
