Wilt of Disparity is an amulet on a thin silver chain that looks tarnished and rusted. It was created by, now Archmage, Delbin Twig. Delbin, the genius Owlin and Illusion Wizard, once delved into jewelry-craft and enchanting. After he lost his mother, he put all of his sadness and anger into a work, meaning to lock it away. What was created was a beautifully sculpted face, holding sorrow and malice in it's eyes. Hair and a beard made of petrified wooden twigs, laid into the silver, and no one knows who's face it is. Not even Delbin, who stated it came to him from the sorrow. Wearing it instills the feeling of mourning in it's wearer, as well as the outermost layer of skin dying and falling away, looking ashy in nature. Anyone within a 10-foot radius suffers the same skin effect. Flowers and plants wilt in this radius, while they die within a 5-foot radius. People within 10 feet have disadvantage on constitution, dexterity, and strength saving throws, while people within a 5-foot radius have disadvantage on every saving throw. When unattuned, the wearer suffers the same way.
