Once attuned to the Scepter, the wielder can remove the hidden dagger from the sheath.
The dagger is considered a +1 weapon. When the dagger is sheathed, this can be used as a spell casting focus. If you can cast spells, you gain a +1 to your spell attacks and spell save DC while attuned and sheathed. It is an action to sheath/unsheath the weapon.
As a bonus action while holding the dagger, you can utter a Command Word (Twilight), that echoes in Abyssal, Celestial, Infernal, and Primordial. Any creature that hears the Command Word and can understand those languages understands the meaning of the word. For the next minute you gain the benefit of Dawn and Dusk. This feature resets at Twilight.
Dawn - When the dagger is held in bright light, the golden blade projects a blade of radiant energy ahead of itself, causing the first attack of each turn to be made with advantage and deal radiant damage instead of slashing damage.
Dusk - When the dagger is held in darkness, a shadowy afterimage of the obsidian blade trails behind it, causing the second attack roll of each turn to be made with advantage and deal necrotic damage instead of slashing damage.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Bonus: Spell Attacks, Bonus: Spell Save DC, Simple Weapon Proficiency , Finesse, Light, Thrown, Nick
