While you wear these slippers, you can double your walking speed, and any creature that makes an opportunity attack against you has disadvantage on the attack roll. After moving uninterrupted by an obstacle or difficult terrain for 20 ft, you levitate off the ground for the remainder of the distance you wish to travel. This negates the effect of any obstacle or difficult terrain in the remaining distance. 

However, while wearing the slippers, you must take disadvantage on all stealth rolls.
