This elixir is a malevolent and dangerous substance that, when injected into a humanoid, bestows great power upon the receiver but at a terrible cost. The Titanic Elixir comes in a vial with a dark, silvery, swirling liquid.

Properties:

• When injected into a humanoid, they must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw. On a success, they resist the elixir's curse but take 2d6 poison damage. On a failure, they are cursed and immediately transform into a Titan.

Curse:

• Upon failure of the Wisdom saving throw, the imbiber is cursed and immediately transforms into a Titan, losing control of their actions. While cursed, they attack the nearest humanoid creatures (including allies) indiscriminately.
• The curse can be removed by a Greater Restoration spell or a similar effect.
