The Book of Supreme Magik must be made by crushing the Book of Exalted Deeds, Book of Vile Darkness, and Demonomicon of Iggwilv with Baba Yaga's Mortar and Pestle. The Book of Supreme Magic has the following properties:
Ultimate Magic. You do not require material components up to 750 gp in value.
Heightened Ability. Your spellcasting ability increases by 4, to a maximum of 30. This increase can only be applied once. You also have advantage on all checks made with that ability. You also gain truesight out to 120 feet.
The Page of Cosmos. The Page of Cosmos is a set of two facing pages that detail frequencies needed for tuning forks and portals to myriad planes. As an action when the book is open to this page, you may either cast Plane Shift on yourself and any creatures within 30 feet of you, or you can cause a rip in the magical fabric at a point within 120 feet that you can see. This rip sucks any creatures within 10 feet into the Astral Plane. After this feature has been used, it may not be used until midnight of the next day. The casting of Plane Shift does not require a material component, and may be cast at any point without needing to recharge.
Entrapment. The book has 15 charges. As an action, you may cast one of the following spells for the specified number of charges: Intellect Fortress (0 charges), Antimagic Field (7 charges), Counterspell (0 charges), Globe of Invulnerability (5 charges), Magic Circle (3 charges), Prismatic Wall (10 charges). A spell may be be upcast by expending a number of additional charges for each additional level.
Magical Flotation. You gain a flying speed of 60 feet and can hover. While in midair, you are resistant to all damage and immune to force damage.
Sentience. The Book of Supreme Magic is a sentient, chaotic neutral item with an Intelligence of 20, a Wisdom of 19, and a Charisma of 15. It has hearing and truesight out to 120 feet. The weapon communicates telepathically with it's wielder and can read and understand Celestial, Infernal, Primordial, Sylvan, and Common.
Personality. The book's purpose is to simply increase the knowledge of its wielder. It enjoys having conversations with its wielder and providing insight on spells and magical items.
