Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement by a Master Thief)

These gauntlets once belonged to an rogue whom tried to steal from the cult of Bhaal and failed.  As punishment, this rogue was meant to do an impossible task, which involved assassinating the king of Praesidia and his bastard daughter.  This rogue unfortunately came into contact with another group trying to do the same task, which lead to this rogues demise.

While attuned to this artifact you gain a +3 bonus to AC.  You always seem to have Thieves Tools on you when you need them.  You are granted the Poisoner and Observant Feat.

Hands On Approach:  While attuned to this gauntlets, you know where to strike where it hurts the worst.  Your unarmed attacks deal 4d8 bludgeoning/piercing/slashing damage + 4d8 necrotic damage.  You may make two attacks as part of your bonus action and when landing a critical hit, you may leave your target with a grievous injury giving them disadvantage on their next attack roll, saving throw, and cutting their movement speed in half.  Targets hit by your melee attacks must make a CON saving throw or fall under the poisoned condition.

Magic Touch:  You know the cantrip Mage Hand and may use it to a degree befitting that of the Arcane Trickster Rogues.  Your Mage Hand can actually interact, pick up, and push/shove objects that are medium sized or smaller.  This hand also become invisible and are able to move it up to 60 feet per round.

Vorpal Spear:  A number of times equal to your proficiency modifier, you may turn your Hands on Approach into a lethal killing weapon by putting your hand in a spear like motion.  If a target is 100 hit points or lower, you may make an attack roll and if it hits the target, you immediately pierce their chest and rip out their heart, similar to a Power Word Kill.
