Wondrous Item, rare

A small clockwork object which glows slightly, shedding dim light for five feet. You can use an action to activate it. When you activate it, you choose any time between one second and thirty minutes. Once it has been activated, it makes a faint ticking noise. At the end of the time, the device explodes in a 60 foot radius, and each creature within that radius must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or take 5d8 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone. On a success, the target halves the damage against it but is still knocked prone. The bomb can be successfully defused with a DC 17 Arcana check.
