Each arrow does 1d8 piercing damage regardless of bow used.
On a hit, the arrow activates. When activated the arrow has the following abilities.
- As part of the initial hit or as an action after it has been activated you may control the arrow by whistling and use it to make 3 ranged attacks using your Performance (Cha) stats instead of Dex. You may have different targets for the attacks so long as they are within 20ft of the previous target. On a 1, the arrow makes an attack against you.
- As a bonus action you can call the arrow back into your quiver by whistling. Roll a Charisma check, on a 1 the arrow hits you. This deactivates the arrow.
Each arrow has 3 kill slots. The arrows magic is weakened whenever it deals a killing blow to a creature which fills one of three kill slots. After the third creature is killed by an arrow the arrow deactivates permanently.
