This is one of two halves of the Tiger Talisman. When it was separated from its other half, the creature that possessed it was split into two beings. One good and one evil.

This object can be used to locate it's other half, as if with a locate object spell.

It can also be used to locate the creature that was split with it, as if with a locate creature spell.

If this object is rejoined with it's other half, they become the Tiger Talisman once more and the creature that was split returns to its whole form with its original alignment.
