Armor (studded leather), rare (requires attunement by a creature)

Tailwind. While wearing this armour, your movement speed increases by 10ft. If you have a fly speed, it also increases by 10ft.

Quickened Gales. You can use a bonus action to cause winds to swirl around you. You get an extra action for this turn. This can only be used to make one weapon attack, Dash, Disengage, Hide, or Use an Object. Also, you have advantage on Dexterity saves until the end of your next turn. You can use this feature twice per long rest. After you expend both uses, you make a DC 11 Constitution save or gain a point of exhaustion.

Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
