"Amordus reached up to his neck, the pale ice coloured skin already wet with deep blue blood. As he fumbled at his jugular, precious liquid spilling forth like a waterfall, he locked eyes with the young boy, barely a man, standing at the rock face. This tiny being had felled him, had brought low the lord of peaks and voice of the glacier. Fumbling with his fingers he picked the small shard from his neck, lifting it to his great grey eye with all his strength. A tiny dagger, carved of dragontooth, an ancient weapon, thirsty for the blood of giants."
This dagger, carved from dragontooth & set in a simple hilt, is a great deal more than it appears. Bound by elven magic and cast in the forges of the dwarves this dagger thirsts for the blood of Giants, having tasted it at the maw of the Great Dragons.
