An unassuming steel javelin with intricate birds and clouds engraved on its surface.
Before attacking you choose which end to attack with, cloud or lightning, whichever end you attack with determines what happens when the spear hits.
If the cloud end hits a 10ft cylinder of extreme winds appears from where the spear hits and creates a 20ft cone of strong winds, anything in that cone makes a strength saving throw DC15, on a failed throw they get pushed back 20ft, on a successful throw they get pushed back 5ft.
If the lightning end hits the events described in the Call Lightning spell occur. (Note: both of these occur in addition to the damage done by the spear)
The player can spend a bonus action to summon the spear directly to their hand from anywhere.
Proficiency with a Javelin allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Immunity: Lightning, Favored Enemy: Giants, Bonus: Speed (Flying), Thrown, Slow
