The Will-o', a bow of green-gray wood that has been passed down the Cyll line. It was formed in ages past when elves of considerable skill and power bonded ephemeral Willo-O'-wisps to it. While unawakened it looks to be a curved staff, though when activated a ghost string of multicolored light spans it.
As a bonus action, while holding The Will-O', you may slice yourself upon the bards of the bow, and awaken the Wisps to form the string. This bow fires spectral arrows that trail with otherworldly light.

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. In addition, it has 5 charges. As part of an attack action you may choose to fire one of the following special arrows:
- Flashing Arrow - The attack does an additional 2d8 Lighting Damage, and the target must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw of become blinded
- Ethereal Shot - The arrow fades through the ethereal plane. You may target creatures that are on the ethereal plane with this attack. Furthermore, the arrow may pass through cover that is no greater than 5 ft thick or that is not made of silver.
The bow ragains 1d4+1 charges daily at Dusk. If you expend that last charge roll a d20. On a 1, the wisps go dormant until they gain sufficient sustenance.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
