If player is a member of the Thorne family and wields this dagger, the player may throw the dagger once per long rest, it turns into a lightning bolt. The target takes 1d10 lightning damage on hit. The target and everyone in a 10ft radius makes a DC13 dexterity saving throw, and take 2d6 thunder damage on a failed save, and half as much on a successful save.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
