Ranged Attack: When you make a ranged attack with the Dagger, you can choose to release the blade at a target within 10 feet. Make a ranged attack roll with proficiency using your Dexterity modifier. On a hit, the blade deals 1d6+2 slashing damage, plus 1d4 necrotic. Upon success, the enemy is now considered grappled, however the Dagger is unusable until either the enemy escapes or the opponent is untangled.
-
- Chain Bridge: The user is able to throw the dagger into a wall within 10 feet, holding on to the other end. The DM sets a DC for this depending on the surface attempted. Upon success, the user can climb or slide along the chain to reach the other side. The blade can be dislodged with an action.
- Recall: The Dagger can be recalled using an action to the attuned user.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
