Windborne Rune: This rune carries the power of the wind, allowing you to cast the teleport spell. The rune can be etched onto a suitable piece of headwear. The headwear does not require attunement, but the rune itself does.
Windstep Vortex: When you activate the Windborne Rune, the rune begins to glow with the power of the wind, and a swirling vortex of wind surrounds you, lifting you off the ground. You are then instantly transported by means of the teleport spell to a location you are familiar with or have seen before, on the same plane of existence.
Recharge: After using the Windborne Rune, you must roll a d4 the next day. On a roll of 1 or 2, the rune remains dormant for that day, and you cannot use it. On a roll of 3 or 4, the rune recharges its power and can be used again.
