You have resistance to radiant damage while you wear this uniform and are attuned to it. This is normally made by Sea Vampires of the Underdark Undersea City of Xistinnimia to help one resist their weakness to the sun to some minor degree. This also comes in a version of just the unform itself  the only different between that version and this armor is that that unform is built for long death monks to not worry about their need to not wear armor for their skills.

Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
