The Cloak of Invisibility was a magical artefact used to render the wearer invisible, and one of the fabled Deathly Hallows. In The Tale of the Three Brothers, it was the third and final Hallow created, by Death himself (whom had the cloak in his possession at that time).

Death bestowed this cloak to Ignotus Peverell after he requested something with the power to hide him if he were to go place to place without being followed by Death.

When paired with the other two Deathly Hallows, you become the Master of Death, and The Cloak of Invisibility is transformed into this Item, The Wings of Death.

When the User accepts being the Master of Death, the Cloak transforms into Giant Pitch Black Raven wings, fused to their back, the 'wearer' is rendered Invisible to all beings when they choose to, even through Truesight and All forms of Magical and Non-Magical detection.

You gain +20 and a Proficiency level to Stealth, and +15 to Investigation and Perception.
