The blade sends out a tidal wave 10 ft high and 10 ft wide that travels in a line hitting everything in its path. The wave deals 3d6 water damage and causes anyone hit to make a (DC 14) Strength saving throw. On a fail the target is knocked prone if they save they remain standing.
Proficiency with a Greataxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Cleave.
