Tickletop mushrooms grow in rock. They glow an almost slate like indigo and emit dim light. The main stock that grows from the rock upwards a few centimeters before it branches off into 2d6 caps. Once harvested they no longer emit dim light. 

A creature can use an action to ingest a Tickletop whole. The creature must make a DC12 Constitution saving throw. On a pass the creature gains temporary hit points equal to the amount of caps found on the Tickletop. On a failed save, the creature succumbs to a fit of laughter. During the fit of laughter, the creature is unable to cast any spells that require a verbal component or communicate in any way with others through speech.  The creature can attempt to stifle the laughter by spending an action to try to calm itself. Roll the Constitution saving throw again. On a pass the laughter is stifled but the temporary hit points are not rewarded. 

The laughter can also be stifled by magical means like lesser restoration or similar.
