- Paranoid Delusions: The wearer becomes fully convinced that everyone, including allies, is secretly plotting against them. They are compelled to hide or take defensive measures. Effects last for up to 1 minute, or until the wearer succeeds on a CON save at end of each turn.
- Paranoid Paralysis: The wearer is struck with fear and becomes paralyzed for up to 1min or until the wearer takes damage. While paralyzed the wearer is unable to take any actions or reactions.
- Forgetful Focus: The wearer panics and forgets how to cast all spells except for one (DM chooses randomly) for 1 minute. During this time, the spell does not cost spell slots.
- Over-confidence: The wearer becomes frenzied and over-confident in their physical strength. They cannot use spells to attack, however their claw attack does 1d10+2 damage and gains two attacks per action for 2 turns.
- Chaotic Euphoria: The wearer experiences a moment of intense, uncontrollable joy, granting them temporary hit points (1d12+2) OR advantage on saving throws for 1 minute (wearer's choice).
- Absolute Concentration: The wearer can choose one enemy within sight and have advantage on attacks made against them for up to 1 minute. If the target dies before effects are up, concentration can be transferred to another target within 10ft of the original target.
