Armor (breastplate), very rare (requires attunement)

"Time waits for no one, but it does drag its heels for people like me."

This silver and brass breastplate is adorned with subtle clock designs. While wearing this +2 magical armor, you are Immune to the Slow spell and don’t suffer the negative effects of Haste when it ends on you. When you roll for Initiative while wearing this armor, use the number rolled on the d20, before adding any modifiers, to determine which of the following effects occur:

-       d20     | Effect

  • 1–5     | Any attack roll made against you before the start of your second turn of combat is made with Disadvantage.
  • 6–15   | You add 1d12 to the total of your Initiative.
  • 16–20 | At the start of your first turn, you can use a Bonus Action to take the Dash action. If you take the Attack action on that turn, you can make one additional weapon attack as part of that Attack action. You make this additional attack roll with Advantage.

This armor grants an AC bonus, a maximum of 2, from your Dexterity Modifier when attuned.

This armor consists of a fitted metal chest piece worn with supple leather. Although it leaves the legs and arms relatively unprotected, this armor provides good protection for the wearer's vital organs while leaving the wearer relatively unencumbered.
