While wearing this armor you can breath naturally in and out of water due to the oxygen stored in it. You are also immune to effects such as the spell cloudkill and the breath of a green dragon. You cannot suffocate while wearing this armor and you gain a +1 bonus to your armor class

Half plate consists of shaped metal plates that cover most of the wearer's body. It does not include leg protection beyond simple greaves that are attached with leather straps.
