This heavy leather long coat is enchanted so as to provide a number of large hidden pockets that shift and open and close in response to the wearer's wishes.  This provides advantage to sleight of hand checks to pocket items and makes retrieving anything from the pockets a free action. 

The pockets are not extra-dimensional and the weight of the items in the coat are treated normally, though the pockets will shift in size to accommodate anything smaller than a large dictionary. 

The wearer can move and combine pocket contents at will.

Any attempts to pickpocket or search the wearer are rolled with disadvantage.
