Wondrous Item, rare (requires attunement by a Long rest)
the third eye of the navigator allows you to peer into the void and uncover reality. it grants the wearer truesight 60ft.
in addition, the wearer can cast the Mind spike spell. When you make the spell's attacks, you do so with a spell DC of 15. The circlet can't be used this way again until the wearer has taken a long rest.
Curse: this item is cursed. upon attuning to the third eye of the navigator, it cannot be unequipped and dulls the wearers other senses. it imposes disadvantage on perception checks that do not involve sight (taste, smell etc). if the curse is broken the item shatters into pieces and the wearer takes 3d8 psychic damage.
