The limb tips of this magic bow are formed by curved icicles that cannot melt, as the weapon was crafted under the full moon during the Winter Solstice.
When you hit with an attack roll using this magic bow, the target takes an extra 1d6 Cold Damage.
If you load no ammunition in the weapon, it produces its own, automatically creating one piece of magic ammunition when you pull back the string. The ammunition created by the bow shatters the instant after it hits or misses a target.
While equipped, this weapon may also act as a quarterstaff. See Winter's Bite Quarterstaff for details.
Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
Notes: Damage: Cold, Ammunition, Heavy, Range, Two-Handed, Slow
