Wondrous Item, rare
Inside this small tin box are 3d4 chalky breath mints.
If you dump the box's contents out on the ground, they explode in a 10-foot radius, extending from the mints. Each creature in the area, including you, must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 5d4 cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
If you remove a mint from the bag and eat it, it can potentially heal you for a certain amount. Be careful though, it's always a gamble with how long those mints have existed!
d100 | Effect |
---|---|
01 | For the next minute, you suffer 3 levels of exhaustion, as you've reached in, grabbed, and eaten a mint that has somehow gone rotten and covered in whatever particles linger in the bottom of an old person's handbag. |
02-10 | You've found a mint that's really just on it's way out, and probably older than the mint tin itself. Take 2 points of damage. |
11-90 | You gain [roll]21d4+2[/roll] health |
91-100 | You reach into the tin, hoping for the crisp, chalky flavor of the classic mint, only to be surprised by the crinkly texture that grazes your fingertips. You grab it and pull out a wrapped Werther's Original candy! Take [roll]4d4+4[/roll] healing! |
