While attuned to this whistle, you can spend an action to blow this whistle.  If you are within sight of a large body of water (ocean size), or in a body of water that connects to an ocean, Sigbin will hear you and come to your aid.  If you are in/near the ocean, it will take him 1d4 hours to reach you.  If you are in/near a body of water connected to the ocean, it will take him 1d4+5 hours to reach you. 

Once Sigbin is by you, he will stay with you for 24 hours.  He will count as an ally, and will help you in whatever task you set him to, within his abilities (up to DM).  

Once used, the whistle takes 1d10 days to recover to be used again.
