This small attachment is affixed to a sending stone, and will allow the user to contact any other sending stone within 1 mile, provided you know who you’re contacting and assuming they have a sending stone as well. if you attempt to contact someone without one, nothing happens. 

you may also now use your sending stone any number of times per day, but only if both sending stones have the attachment.
