A glittery tiara that will randomly grant +20 to Intelligence for 60 seconds, outside of combat.  After each long rest, player will roll d100 with the following effects:   

1-20 - Effect will not happen during the long rest.

21-50 - Effect is will happen when the DM decides. 

50-80 - Effect will happen a single time at the player's choice.  

80-99 - Effect will happen when player wants to use the effect a two times between long rests.

100 - Player can use the effect five times between that single long rest.
