Weapon (crossbow, hand), uncommon

This small, foldable crossbow is attached to a leather bracer at the wrist. When not in use, the arms of the crossbow lie along the forearm and can be hidden within the wearer's sleeve. When deployed, the arms spring outward, giving the cable tension. Only one bolt can be loaded at a time, and is placed through the open top of the bow. It is then fired by flexing the wrist backwards,

The wearer can still wield weapons while equipped, as it leaves the wearer's hand free. Due to the unique nature of this bow's handling, it is considered a finesse weapon.

Proficiency with a Hand Crossbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
