An obsidian amulet on a leather cord, this amulet is connected with the ancient Lizardfolk city of Z'leth.  Once per day, you can ask the amulet for guidance as if casting the Augury spell (requiring no material component).  This amulet can also cast the Dominate Monster spell, but using this spell drains all magical power from the item, leaving only a non-magical obsidian amulet worth 40 gp.
