Armor (studded leather), artifact (requires attunement by a Rogue)

Thieves' Leathers were fabricated to aid a master thief in his search for the ultimate prize. What that prize was is a secret that died with him when he met a trap he couldn't handle despite built in safety nets. 

The armor is studded leather that grants a +2 bonus to its wearer's DEX score to a maximum of 22, 24 with the use of a manual. It also grants Advantage on both ability checks and saving throws using the DEX ability.

Thieves' Leathers further offer immunity to bludgeoning, piercing, and slashing damage from non-magical weapons. 

The armor offers Resistance to damage from traps due to an early warning vibration caused by magical sensors though the warning can be ignored.

You have a +3 bonus to AC while wearing this armor.

Made from tough but flexible leather, studded leather is reinforced with close-set rivets or spikes.
