The Thieves' Cloak was designed to be worn by the greatest thief in the history of Baldur's Gate. Though he passed away long ago, this cloak looks as new as the day it was sewn. 

The cloak grants its owner a +3 bonus to their AC score and a10 feet per round bonus to their movement speed.

The Thieves' Cloak gives its owner the ability to cast Invisibility on themselves five times per long rest. It also allows its wearer to move with complete silence as do the Boots of Elvenkind.

The cloak further offers its wearer immunity to elemental damage: acid, cold, fire, lightning, and thunder. 

This magical item offers its owner a fourth attunement slot if they only have three.
