Weapon (longsword), unknown rarity

You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

The blade of this sword is as cold as the North wind, and whistles as it strikes. Merely wielding the blade causes the air to stir around you. While being wielded, the sword disperses fog and gas in a 10ft radius about you at the beginning of each of your turns.

Once a day, while attuned to and wielding this blade, you can speak a command word to cast the spell Zephyr Strike without expending a spell slot. Once you use this feature, you cannot use it again until the next dawn.

Zephyr Strike.

1st-level transmutation

Casting Time: 1 bonus action

Range: Self

Components: V

Duration: Concentration, up to 1 minute

You move like the wind. For the duration, your movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks.

Once before the spell ends, you can give yourself advantage on one weapon attack roll on your turn. That attack deals an extra 1d8 force damage on a hit. Whether you hit or miss, your walking speed increases by 30 feet until the end of that turn.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Sap. If you hit a creature with this weapon, that creature has Disadvantage on its next attack roll before the start of your next turn.
