This item was blessed by the beast gods to grant the wearer the ability to transform into a beast once a day. This item will permit the wearer to wild shape twice per short rest with a maximum CR of 1/4 for what in transforms. (For druids it adds and additional CR to whatever they can turn into now and will let them turn an extra time than normal).
